Jonathan J. Song, ESQ.
Attorney Jonathan J. Song was born in China and immigrated with his parents to the United States when he was 9 years old. Jonathan received his B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law where he graduated with honors.
Jonathan is admitted to practice law in the following courts:
- North Carolina State Court
- United States Federal District Court – Western District of North Carolina
- Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Tribal Court

Krista M. Pace
Krista is our N.C. Board Certified Paralegal who graduated with the highest honors. She was born and raised in Haywood County where she resides with her husband. Krista has been with our law firm since 2016 serving not only as our paralegal but also as the office manager.
Lilia J. Sauza
Lilia was born in Mexico and raised in Bryson City, North Carolina. Lilia has been with our law firm since 2017 serving as our legal assistant and as our Spanish translator.
